When I began working with Lynda as my executive coach, I had only just started in a fully appointed executive role.   I felt competent in my role functionally,  technically and as a senior manager.  But considering the new dynamic of being an executive, working in an enterprise team, custodian of such strong influential position and navigating my relationships with board members and group executives was daunting.   Although I was excited by the role and opportunity, my lack of experience at C level had me feeling less confident in my new environment and I didn’t quite appreciate the skills required.
