Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Grad Dip Counselling Psychology

Lynda has over 30-years’ consulting expertise in financial services and related businesses. She is the founder of Global Partnerships. As a psychologist, with deep organisational expertise, Lynda uses behavioural analysis and select modalities for coaching purposes. This assists clients in realising their greater potential to become a high-performance leader. Lynda has worked with financial services, funds management, engineering, asset consulting, professional services, and related businesses, coaching senior executives, such as CEO’s, Directors, C-Suite leaders and emerging leaders on diverse issues. She also participates in select team building and strategy workshops with the ELT team.

Prior to Global Partnerships, Lynda worked as a Principal Consultant for global and boutique advisory firms. Growing the business whilst transacting key assignments, were core capabilities. In her earlier career, she held a state management role, with an Australian based company offering human resource services.

Lynda is a Registered Psychologist in Victoria. She also has a successful private psychology practice, given the need for individuals and executives to address, mental health presentations, such as burn out, resilience and overall wellbeing. Lynda is accredited in leadership assessments such as LSI/GSI with Human Synergistics and the Neethling Brain Instrument, NBI.
