Scott has had over 35 years’ experience working for large corporates, small to medium size enterprises both public and private, consulting, and professional services firms and start-ups in financial services, and related businesses. 

His expertise is in all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, training, assessment and development, talent management, career and succession planning, remuneration, change management, outplacement, and coaching; inclusive of maintaining a role as a CEO of a publicly listed company, leading subsidiary businesses, line management, risk management & compliance, sales & service and strategic planning. Scott has worked in matrix managed structures both globally and regionally and individual direct line roles.

Scott has professionally qualified as an Executive Coach and is a member of the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (Australia). He is also a trained mediator. Throughout his professional career, he has employed his skills in coaching and mediation ranging from dispute resolution, internal and external negotiations through to enhanced individual development planning. His philosophy is simple: actively listen, learn, and understand, engage, and challenge where needed to achieve agreed outcomes. Scott’s blend of technical training and considerable experience is used to shine light on the individual in a way that is wholistic and enlightening. The focus is to get the individual to understand themselves, their motivations, their strengths, dealing with change, confronting the uncomfortable and difficult issues; to ensure they harness that for their best benefit and the benefit of those around them.
