The LSI is a globally reputable diagnostic which provides self-rated insights and 360 feedback via a circumplex, to gauge thinking styles and behaviour illustrating distinctive styles of leadership

Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI)

NBI is a suite of neuroscience-based tools identifying an individual's thinking preferences and cognitive styles. There are four quadrants, such as analytical, innovative/strategist, relational, organiser/preserver, that increases self-awareness, teamwork and improves leadership.

SHL Assessments & Profiles,

Cognitive ability tests measuring mental attitude and problem solving and a range of personality, motivational and behavioural situational judgment tests, inclusive of emotional intelligence assessments.

MBTI
