Lynda has over 30-years' experience in global and boutique consulting firms and select organisations. She has a profit centre mentality. Lynda demonstrates advisory, consulting work spanning executive search & selection, inclusive of board effectiveness reviews and high performance leadership development through coaching. Lynda has placed board members and "C"-Suite executives in financial services, funds management, banking & finance, consulting engineering, and asset consulting firms. Lynda has also worked in the not-for-profit sector. As a psychologist with over 25-years expereince, she offers deep organisational and people knowledge.

Lynda employs evidence-based practises and methods for executive coaching, profiling and assessment to assist clients to achieve agile leadership, emotional regulation and other developmental objectives. Lynda is accreditated in the LSI/GSI from Human Synergistics, couped with many other assessments. Lynda strives for a client first approach, by collaborating on agreed outcomes.

Recently (over 4-years), Lynda established a private psychology practice to address burn-out and offer sustainable resilience programs for individuals and organisations. Lynda has co-founded a mental health and wellbeing portal called MHS Portal.

Outside of work, Lynda trains at sunrise on the beach. She enjoys quality time with friends and family.
