Scott has had over 35 years’ experience working for large corporates, small to medium size enterprises both public and private, consulting, professional services firms, and start-ups.

His expertise is in all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, training, assessment and development, talent management, career and succession planning, remuneration, change management, outplacement, and coaching; and working in the role of CEO of a publicly listed company, leading subsidiary businesses, line management, risk management & compliance, sales & service and strategic planning. Scott has worked in matrix managed structures both globally and regionally and individual direct line roles. He has worked in most capital cities in Australia and in the UK and USA.

He has extensive experience working with Boards and Board Committees including developing and conducting Board training sessions and individual Board member training/induction. Scott has professionally qualified as an Executive Coach and a trained mediator.
