With over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search, Eric has gained extensive expertise within Financial Services, Funds Management, not-for-profit Superfunds, Engineering, Mining and Environmental sectors. He has completed over 500 assignments globally, spanning Asia, the United Kingdom, Africa and North America over the years; with the main focus being Australia and New Zealand.

Eric's research product is a combination of desk research, database analysis, with extensive direct expansion of data through telephone research techniques, to produce individual biographies on each candidate approached in the long list for our clients. This produces deep information which is qualified and has a high level of accuracy.

Eric's service offering has two main components. The company long list which identifies people in selected organisation who undertake certain roles akin to an organisational structure. Thereafter, Eric develops and engages individual candidates and completes a Biography. This targeted process engages the right candidate(s) and facilitates effective handover for the Principal Consultant, who will undertake further assessment and due diligence of the candidate pool. We believe this collaborative process is unique in the marketplace.

Previously Eric worked as a Merchant Banker, in a sales capacity whereby his focus was interest rate structured products. In his earlier career, Eric worked in real estate and he still maintains a keen interest in financial markets. He has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from UTS.

Eric enjoys a busy life with his wife and three children and enjoys renovating his home in his spare time.
