Tiffany’s role at Global Partnerships is to support the Managing Director in the organisation’s quest to always deliver an exceptional ‘client first’ approach that spans executive search, psychometric assessments and tailored coaching programs.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has provided consulting services to various internationally based organisations that operate within the hospitality and gaming industries. Such services have included the management of opening programs for large integrated resorts, the management of various specialised resources, along with the development and implementation of multiple large-scale training programs.
Tiffany has comprehensive experience in the South East Asia region where she has previously lived and operated her own business. Tiffany has also provided Business and Project Management services to organisations that are locally based in Australia, Oman, Dubai and the Pacific Region.
In her earlier career, Tiffany was supporting Managing Director’s and other “C-Suite” Executives in all areas of office management and high-level secretarial duties, along with preparing reports for Board meetings and business development opportunities.
Tiffany’s experience provides a rounded understanding of business operations, the development of business strategy, and the results that derive from talent management and identification. With a passion for exceeding expectations, Tiffany strives to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Tiffany holds a Graduate Certificate in Marketing and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality.
